The customer must understand that some of the services provided by Babil Network are from other service providers, and the role of Babil Network is mediation only, for example but not limited to: hosting services, servers, domain services, and e-mail services, and Babil Network must pay any invoices issued by Service providers immediately upon its issuance, and accordingly, in the event that the customer is late in renewing the subscription on the specified date, the service will be suspended for 3 days after the specified date for paying the bill, after which the service will be terminated, and at that time the customer will unfortunately not be able to access any backup or any data that he may need, In the case of private servers, all companies terminate the service within 24 hours in the event of default. As for domains, most companies suspend the domain for 30 days, but issue a fine if they want to renew the domain.
Accordingly, we hope that all customers pay bills well in advance of their due date so that they are not subject to suspension or termination of services.
Also, please note that if the customer wishes to renew the subscription after termination or suspension, he must know the following:
1- After 3 days of the invoice due date, a new system will be installed without any data, and the customer has to pay an additional value of 1,500 Saudi riyals for the new installation + renewal fees.
2- After 7 days have passed from the invoice due date, a new system will be installed without any data, and the customer must pay the full subscription value.
